I knew the insurance profession was for me when I took insurance classes in college during my junior and senior years. This education taught me the importance of properly insuring your life and health. It is important for the well being of people and their families.

I graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville with a degree in Finance and Insurance in 1993. I went straight to work helping people with their life and health insurance needs. I worked for USAble Life and United Healthcare before starting my own agency in August of 2001. I started my agency to specialize in the Medicare market. I wanted to represent many highly rated and reputable insurance companies that would provide my clients the best choices in coverage. I wanted to combine this with service that exceeded my client’s expectations.

I have received the LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) designation. I’m a proud member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors where I graduated from this organization’s Leadership in Life Institute in 2008 and was President of NAIFA Western Arkansas from 2009 – 2010.

I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in Benton, Arkansas. I married my beautiful wife Karen Kay Yeager on July 16, 1994 and we made our home in Fort Smith in 1996. Karen passed away on June 4, 2011 from Ovarian Cancer (Please go to RivervalleyOCA.com). I have two kind, talented, and loving children: Gage and Lexi. The time we spend with family and friends and our relationship with Christ brings us our greatest joy.

Insurance was a new path for me when I joined Windsor Insurance Services in 2007. I received my LUTCF designation in 2010 and I always seek current training and education so that I have the knowledge necessary to provide our clients with the most up to date information.

I was raised in Spiro, Oklahoma and have lived in Fort Smith for almost 30 years with my husband Derek. We have two grown sons Noah and Jeremiah. I attend First Baptist Church, enjoy traveling with family, and taking walks with my Basset Hound, Susie. I love to be outside, so one of my favorite things to do is shop the Farmers Market during the Spring and Summer. I’d love to have a garden of my own some day.

I believe you should treat people the way that you’d want to be treated and I take great pride in the service I provide to my clients. I have grown to love this industry and the friendships I have made with the clients that I serve.

I joined the staff at Windsor Insurance in August of 2010 as an office assistant and I am now serving our clients as an agent. I’m glad to be a part of the Windsor team because there is a family type atmosphere among our clients and co-workers. We truly care about the insurance needs of our clients.

Originally from Louisiana, I now consider Fort Smith and the surrounding area my home. My husband Bryan and I have two grown sons both serving in the United States Military. We love visiting them and their families as much as we can and spoiling our grandchildren.

Over 65 and individual insurance was new for me when I joined Windsor Insurance Services and I have found it to be more satisfying working with people one on one. I enjoy meeting new people and feel I have a purpose when assisting our clients. Windsor Insurance staff and clients are a true blessing to me and I am thankful for all the new relationships and opportunities.

I was raised in Ohio, graduated from the University of Cincinnati but have called Fort Smith, Arkansas home since 1995. My husband Mike is a Fort Smith native and we consider ourselves fortunate to call Fort Smith home. Our daughter is a graduate from University of Arkansas and currently teaches in the Northwest Arkansas area. I haven’t adapted to the hot Arkansas summers yet but thoroughly enjoy the fall and winter. In my spare time I enjoy watching college football, sewing, scrapbooking or finding something to repurpose from a thrift store.
